[Ryanrj2 The Dragon]

The Delivery Part one.

“Well, hope it doesn’t happen again” Mr. Blumberg said as he left us at the
Entrance to the bar. “Wow, that was annoying” AJ said as he watched Mr.
Blumberg walk off. “I always noticed that he hates it when we come here.” I silently agreed, wishing that that didn’t happen. It seemed as if everyone now was watching us, even if they didn’t show any sign of it. “I hate being watched” I said to AJ. “Ya, hopefully no one cares what were doing here.” I agreed, we have to give this package to an important man who insisted that we meet instead of sending it. “Any idea what he looks like?” AJ said. “No” I said “He said to meet us here.” AJ nodded, looking around. “Are you guys Kevin and AJ?” Turning around, I saw a man, on the larger side, standing behind us. “Yes, we are” I said. “We have the package” I said. “Good, can you come with me?” the man said. “Why, you have your package, that’s all are job is.” I said, wondering what he is going to say next. The man smiles “I jest wanted to offer you guys a job”Suddenly interested, I turn to AJ“what you think?” “I think we should go with him, see if it’s a good job.” I turn back to the man “ok, we will come with you.” The man smiled and said “Great, come with me.” I looked at AJ “ok, let’s go.” AJ and I followed the man. We came up to an abandoned house. He motioned us in, we were worried, but we could win in a fight. “so,” I said, “what kind of job is this?” “Hold onto that question for a bit, first I have to show you what’s in the box.” Suddenly interested, I look inside the box. It was some kind of futuristic devise. “Wow, what is that?” I said. “That is for me to know, and you to find out” he said. This made me think about his character. “Okay,” I said, “so, now, what is the job?” “The job I’m asking you to do is this” he said “I need protection. There is a bunch of people that will try to get my invention after it is done.” “What do you say?” This took me by surprise. “How do we offer you protection?” I asked. “We can’t take down anyone.” The man though for a while, then smiled. “Let me worry about that.” I turned to AJ. “What do you think?” AJ turned to the man “how much is the pay?” The man thought “100,000$ and a room and food.” This made me very interested.

The delivery part 2

A While has passed since the meeting with the man. About 3 weeks to be exact. In that time, we learned that the mans name was Joe, and that he will pick us up on the 22nd, which is today. A.J. and I were waiting out In front of the building in which we first met Joe. I turn to A.J. And ask "are you excited at all?" A.J. turns to me.

"Definatly, I wonder when he's going to get here." I though about that. "Well, he said he was going to get here by 10:00 AM, its only 9:57 now, so he's not late." A.J. then looked around. I decided to look around also. There wasn't much to look at; it was jest a normal neighborhood. I then looked down the street. "Hey, I think that's him" A.J. turns and looks.

"Yep, I think, he said black jeep right?" A.J. asked. "Yes, he said that, and yes that is him lets go" I say as I grab my bags and walk to the jeep. I throw my bags in the back and get in.

"Hey, guys, are you all ready?" Joe asked. "I am" I turn to A.J. "are you?" A.J. turns to me "yep, I'm all ready" "alright" said Joe as we started to go.

"About how long is the trip to wherever we are going?" I ask Joe. "Oh I say about 3 hours. Give or take." "Well that's not too bad" I say to myself. Then I look out the window. We got onto the highway and were leaving town. I wondered if I would ever see it again.

"So what is the place like?" A.J. asked Joe. "Well, it's a relatively huge place; there is mostly open land around it." This made me surprised and interested. "I have been out this way, have I might have seen it before?" Joe looks at me "nope, unless you went about 40 miles off the highway." I look down hoping I saw it before. "Is it nice there?" A.J. asked. "Yes" the man replied.

"We are here" Joe said to A.J. and I. the place was huge. There was several buildings and a wall about 20 feet high. The place was a long way off the highway, far enough so you couldn't see it. And the best part it was in the middle of a forest. "Wow, this place is cool" I say. "Yes, it is" Joe said. "Alright get out and follow me, just leave your bags in the car." A.J. and I got out and followed the man inside. "hey Joe!" a man said behind the counter. "Hi" Joe said with a smile and he also winked. I noticed that the man winked back. This got me kind of thinking about what we are going to be doing here.

"The following will shock you" Joe said to me and A.J. "what is it?" I asked as the man opened the door. Inside there was dragons.
