This is probably more of an opinion game, but PGR(all of them) have really sucked compared to Test Drive and GT series.

ya. i don't like all the hipe PGR gets when it rols out somthing "New." even thow Sony all redy did it a few years earlier in one of their GT games...
- Packman99 (calculator edition) - only the calculator edition sucks

Miracle Space Race. That has got to be the worst game I have ever played for PS1. It looks too childish also. I can't believe I completed it though.

NFS Pro Street : The Corvette C6 has the handling of a truck and the Lamborghini Murcielàgo has the handling of a WW II Panzer. The nitro is just reaaaaly slow and the race are as repetitive as a game that you ended 20 times

Mario and Sonic: At The Olympic Games. Controls sucked, it was the worst cross-over. But there were some good parts but barely enough to redeem it. The Wii is a pretty badass console but this game sucked.
